Terms Of Service

🩵-PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY-🩵

• I only accept payment via PayPal, Ko-Fi and DeviantArt points. (100Pts = $1 USD)
• If you have any questions regarding commissions or you are interested in one, please ask via any of my socials.
• Payment will need to be received BEFORE I start a commission. A rough sketch will be provided for you, if you are unhappy with the outcome you can ask for a refund.
• After receiving a sketch for which you are unhappy with, half of full payment to any requested refunds will be sent back to you. If you request a refund before being delivered a sketch, you will receive back the full price you paid. However, refunds are not an option or negotiable once the sketch has been approved.

Any refunded sketches will go towards my own characters. PayPal users: remember to send payment via goods and services, select no shipping required and please include your username + what the payment is for.

🩵-ARTWORK PROCESS-🩵

• As the commissioner, it is your responsibility to provide and link a proper ref of the character you would like to have drawn.

• If there is a character that is owned by someone else (Example; A Friend of yours) please let me know to avoid confusion when the final product is posted.

• Major changes won't be made after completion, so be sure to mention if you would like anything changed during WIP/sketch stages.

• Please be specific on any details that you find important for your commission. (Character personalities, poses, information, etc), I am not held responsible for any details you left out that you wanted shown in the commission.

• Please be patient as some commissions take longer than others. Real Life situations can get in the way of completing a commission. If it is something big, I will try to let everyone know.

If I am not comfortable with what you desire for your commission or how I am treated, I have every right to refuse to work for you.

🩵-CUSTOMER RIGHTS-🩵

• You are allowed to repost your completed commission on your gallery/website/blog if you wish, or use it as an avatar. However, proper credit must be given.

• You may not trace, sell for profit, heavily edit, or claim that you created the artwork.

-Hate Art/Anti-Art for any sort of TV show, movie, book, ship, etc.
